1 Thessalonians 5:12-28.  Paul’s call for peace here is a calling to an ethic of “other.”  That is, to be patient with others, to be non-retaliatory with others, to seek the good of others.  To be, in essence, peacemakers, for God’s love, care, and concern is for everyone.
